More Ambulances and 4×4 Rescue Pickups on their way to Ukraine
We are so thankful for the wonderful, dedicated International Aid Trust teams serving across the United Kingdom.
On Wednesday we gathered in Bolton, Lancashire, with our Ukrainian Hub team, veterans and many faithful supporters to pray for and wave off another convoy of six ambulances and 4×4 rescue pickups on their journey to Ukraine. These life-saving vehicles will soon be helping to evacuate wounded soldiers and injured civilians from some of the most dangerous places on earth.
We must also remember our brave volunteer chaplains, who faithfully bring pastoral care, comfort and the hope of Christ to those serving on the front line.
It was a real privilege to be joined by our good friend Fr. Andriy Chaputa, the Catholic parish priest serving the Ukrainian communities of Manchester, Bolton, Stockport and Ashton. Despite his many responsibilities, Fr. Andriy always makes time to support these special occasions, and we are deeply grateful for his friendship, prayers and encouragement.
Our sincere thanks also go to Yaroslav, who faithfully leads our Bolton Ukrainian Hub, to Neil, and to every volunteer, supporter and donor who has helped make this life-saving ministry possible.
Special thanks are also due to the Leader of Bolton Council, David Hayes, and to the Mayor of Bolton, Cllr Iqbal. They are always ready to help, and we deeply appreciate their friendship and support.
Together, through God’s grace, we are bringing practical help, hope and the love of Christ to the people of Ukraine.
Thank you all. Please continue to pray for the volunteer drivers, for the medical teams who will receive these vehicles, and for the safety of everyone they will help to rescue.

P.S. the vehicles arrived safely in Kyiv and Odesa yesterday, and another convoy of emergency vehicles will be leaving very soon.
