Box content ideas

There are 5 types of shoeboxes each aimed at a different age group, below are some ideas of the contents which would be suitable for the various recipients.

2-4 years

5-9 years

15+ years

Please do 

• wrap the box and its lip separately so it can be lifted off
• use an elastic band to hold them together
• use gift wrap paper
• fill the box with gifts suitable for your chosen person
• clearly label the lid with your chosen age range

Please do not

• wrap individual items
• include medicines
• vitamins
• matches
• perishables
• reading books
• anything worn or broken
• war toys
• items needing batteries
• glass or fragile items
• tinned meat or fish
• items that may spill and spoil the rest of the contents
